Only a couple of weeks until a group of adventurous Tennessee students head off for the urban wilds of Germany's capital city. This year we're going to try a new approach to documenting our experiences- our very own GAPP blog. All the participants will be invited to be authors and everyone is welcome to post comments. I'll start us off with some (hopefully) thought provoking questions and clips, then once we arrive in Berlin the tone will change to daily experiences and reflections. Enjoy!!
be sure to have a phone that can hold a sim card before you go over, you can buy the "German sim cards" in mostly any convenience store. I had one of the oldest nokia phones that they made, probably worth 5$. That is all you need to communicate with your partner or his/her parents. Have a fun time guys! make the most of all your experiences and TAKE PICTURES, you wont regret being "that tourist" for once in your life.
